
Born and raised in Suffolk County, New York, Dr. Yigit Gol attended Miller Place High School before receiving his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry at Stony Brook University, followed by a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, with a concentration in Oral Biology, from Rutgers Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
Dr. Gol received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, he completed a one-year General Practice Residency at St. Charles Hospital. After residency, he practiced general dentistry for 1 year before being accepted into the Advanced Education Program in Endodontics at the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, where he completed a 2-year specialty residency and earned his Certificate in Endodontics.
After practicing as an endodontist for two years, Dr. Gol founded evolve endodontics.
A compassionate and knowledgeable practitioner, Dr. Gol is dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a warm, professional environment. His passion for endodontics is driven by a desire to relieve pain and effectively treat dental infections, and he remains committed to staying current with the latest advancements in endodontic research to provide the highest standard of care. Dr. Gol is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists.
Outside of the office, Dr. Gol is a watch enthusiast who enjoys playing the drums and snowboarding. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their cat, and their newborn daughter.
Dr. Gol is deeply committed to endodontics and passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of dental professionals. As an Endodontic Attending at the Good Samaritan University Hospital, St. Charles Campus, Dental Residency Program, he works closely with dental residents, sharing his clinical expertise and helping them develop the skills and confidence necessary to provide exceptional patient care.
Through hands-on instruction, case discussions, and evidence-based treatment planning, Dr. Gol strives to foster a strong educational environment that encourages lifelong learning and professional growth. His dedication to both patient care and resident education reflects his commitment to advancing the specialty of endodontics and supporting the future of the dental profession.
